With our statewide network of branches, members, volunteers and supporters, we are well positioned to respond to new challenges and embrace opportunities.

NPA is an incorporated body with an extensive network of local branches. Overall direction is provided by the State Council, consisting of branch delegates, committee convenors and elected and appointed members. The Executive oversees financial, operational and staff matters.

Governance structure and processes are set out in the NPA Constitution and By-Laws. The NPA Strategy 2018–2022 outlines strategic goals and vision for the next 4 years, and provides the foundation for preparing the Annual Budget and Business Plan.
